1. How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Round Shaped" link at the top right corner of the homepage or you can also find the Sign up button on the Sign in page. Please provide all the required information in the form that appears then submit the information after that you will get an OTP at your provided mobile number (do not share your OTP with any one). Please review the terms and conditions provided. Your registration will be done.

2. Are there any charges for registration?
No, absolutely not. Registration on buybookzone.com is completely and absolutely free.


3. Do I have to register before shopping on buybookzone.com?
You can browse and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to place orders.An unregistered shopper will be redirected to the sign in page from where you can register by clicking on sing up else just sign in and place order.


4. Can I have multiple accounts?
Each email address and phone number can only be associated with one DotPe account.


5. Can I add different delivery address multiple times?
Yes, you can add different delivery address multiple times in your buybookzone.com account but remember that all the products placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address only. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.


6. What is my account?
My account is a section where your account details are saved which is created in buybookzone.com. My account allows you to track current orders,previous orders, go through your wishlist, add,update or change your address, change password, check your happy coins and logout.


7. What if I forgot my password?
Click the forgot password button at Sign in page. Provide your registered email id and click on forgot password button, you will receive an email to your registered email then you can login.


8. How can I find a particular product?
You can search a product by its name on search bar. Search bar is located at the top of the website, beside buybookzone.com name. You can also go to the menu and browse through the category list.


9. How can I add multiple unit of a product?
Search for the product you want on search bar. When you find the desired product, First select the size of the product from dropdown then add number of unit you want by clicking on add button if you want to reduce quantity then click on minus button. After that click on add to cart button to purchase the product.


10. Can I call and place an order?
Yes, you can call, WhatsApp, email and place an order. In that case you must have an account with buybookzone.com. You have to confirm your registered mobile number or email id then you can place order on call. When you place an order over phone then you have to specify products exact name,brand,size and quantity. We would request you to go through Cancellation & Return policy.


11. Can I order through whatsapp or sms?
Yes, you can order through whatsapp and sms. For whatsapp, you can take a picture of your product list and whatsapp us on 8697032615 number. Condition, the product list image must be clear, understandable and product name,brand,size,quantity must be specified. You can also place an order on whatsapp by message or you can place order over sms but Condition, the product message must be clear, understandable and product name,brand,size,quantity must be specified. You should provide us your delivery address. Please go through our Cancellation Return & Refund policy.


12. How do I make changes like add or remove products after placing an order?
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change or modify the order. You may cancel the order before order is dispatched.


13. How do I know if my order placed successfully?
After successful completion of your order, an order confirmation email and/ or sms containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and/ or phone number.


14. How do I get assurance of product quality?
We can assure you about the product quality we provide and deliver. We always suggest our customer to check the product at the time of delivery. We never compromise with the product and its quality. We thoroughly check the product before it is  dispatched from our end.


15. How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on tracking link in order section of my account.


16. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order before the order dispatch, within 24 hours of placing the order. We have a no question asked cancellation system.


17. How do I add my address or change my address?
You can add the address while you are signing up/ in. If you did not added your delivery address at the time of signing up, while placing order system will ask for delivery address from there also you can add your delivery address. You can also add, change or modify your delivery address from my account > my address section.


18. How do I see delivery charges?
You can see delivery charges while placing an order. Delivery charges are clearly mentioned on invoice also if there is any delivery charges.


19. What are the modes of payment I can use?
At present you can pay through any of the following modes:
1. COD (Cash on Delivery)
3. UPI (Gpay/ PhonePe)
3. Direct Bank Account remittance


We are going to have payment gateway integration with our website whence other payment methods like Credit/ Debit card, internet banking will be activated.


20. Can I change payment mode after placing an order?
Payment mode can not be changed after placing an order.


21. What if I prepaid my order and do not get all products?
If we are not able to deliver all the products your have ordered and prepaid the amount, you will get the balance amount refunded at your bank account but you have to provide your bank account details such as bank account number and IFSC code correctly.


22. How much time in  return and refund policy?
We have a no questions asked return and refund policy. Generally return and refund process take place within 5 (five) working days but if there is any technical error the procedure may take up to twenty days. Customer are suggested to go through our Cancellation, Return & Refund policy.


23. How do I know if  buybookzone.com delivers to my location?
You can check the serviceability of our deliverable area while selecting your pin code when you place your order. However CoD facility may not be available for all products and all serviceable areas.

24. What are the shipping charges on the order?
Kindly see that shipping charge is fixed. Additionally, Registration charges, COD charges may be applicable on an order which you will get to see at the time of checking out or before going to the payment option.



25. What is the minimum value to place an order?
Minimum order value to place an order is Rs. 100.


26. What if my order gets delayed?
In an unlikely event of your package getting delayed, we will inform you about the delay and the expected delivery time.



27. What if I receive a damaged product?
     We make sure our customer get the best products at best possible form but if there is any error regarding ordered products we have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can return it to us. Our customers are requested to go through our Cancellation, Return and Refund policy.

     Do not share the OTP With any one. We never ask for any OTP
     Do not share your account password with any one.
     We never call for any advance payment but for certain orders CoD facility may not be available, for which customers may opt for prepaid mode.
     Always change your password every 3-6 months.
