When you find the desired product, First select the size of the product from dropdown then add number of unit you want by clicking on add button if you want to reduce quantity then click on minus button. After that click on add to cart button to purchase the product. 10. Can I call and place an order? Yes, you can call, WhatsApp, email and place an order. In that case you must have an account with buybookzone.com. You have to confirm your registered mobile number or email id then you can place order on call. When you place an order over phone then you have to specify products exact name,brand,size and quantity. We would request you to go through Cancellation & Return policy. 11. Can I order through whatsapp or sms? Yes, you can order through whatsapp and sms. For whatsapp, you can take a picture of your product list and whatsapp us on 8697032615 number. If you did not added your delivery address at the time of signing up, while placing order system will ask for delivery address from there also you can add your delivery address. You can also add, change or modify your delivery address from my account > my address section. 18. How do I see delivery charges? You can see delivery charges while placing an order. Delivery charges are clearly mentioned on invoice also if there is any delivery charges. 19. What are the modes of payment I can use? At present you can pay through any of the following modes: 1. Can I change payment mode after placing an order? Payment mode can not be changed after placing an order. 21. What if I prepaid my order and do not get all products? If we are not able to deliver all the products your have ordered and prepaid the amount, you will get the balance amount refunded at your bank account but you have to provide your bank account details such as bank account number and IFSC code correctly. 22. How much time in return and refund policy? We have a no questions asked return and refund policy.
